Terms and Conditions
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relationship between MELEGNA and any person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.melegnastore.com.

2. Products
MELEGNA offers clothing and fashion accessories for sale. Products are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. Photographs are not contractually binding.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the CGI – micro-enterprise).
Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.
MELEGNA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives a confirmation email after validation of their order. MELEGNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (existing dispute, suspected fraud, etc.).
5. Payment
Payments are made online via Shopify Payments, credit card, Apple Pay, or any other secure method offered on the site.
The order will be processed only after receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and internationally, depending on the options available.
The delivery times indicated are for information purposes only. MELEGNA cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery costs: indicated when confirming the order.
7. Customs and Import Taxes
The customer is responsible for informing themselves about any duties and taxes that may apply in their country.
By placing an order, the customer accepts that the brand does not cover customs fees, local taxes, or processing charges issued by the postal or customs services of the destination country. No refund will be issued for a parcel refused due to unpaid customs fees.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right:
• Send an email to contact@melegnastore.com with your order number
• Return the product(s) in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned items.
Sale, personalized or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged .
9. Legal guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
10. Liability
MELEGNA cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. MELEGNA's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order.

12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.melegnabrand.com (images, texts, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
The customer can also use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code.
