1. Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
We ship orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• France: 2 to 4 working days
• Europe: 4 to 8 working days
• International: 10 to 15 working days
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
Contact us at contact@melegnastore.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.
2. Products & Sizes
Do the items fit true to size?
Yes, our products fit true to size. If a model runs large or small, it will be specified in the product sheet.
Do you offer a size guide?
Yes, a size guide is available on each product page. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Are the products limited edition?
Yes, most of our collections are produced in limited quantities. Once stocks are sold out, we do not necessarily restart production.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by:
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Apple Pay
All payments are secure.
Are payments secure?
Yes, our site uses SSL security and payments are processed through Shopify Payments, 100% secure.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Are returns free?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer standard exchanges. To change size or style, return the item and place a new order.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders.
I want to modify or cancel my order, is this possible?
Yes, but only if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@melegnastore.com .
